By creating an account or accessing HyperTrade, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use HyperTrade on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Service description
HyperTrade provides analytics and workspace tools for MetaTrader-related performance, risk, execution, and behavioral intelligence. The platform is intended for informational and operational review. It does not place trades on your behalf unless a separately entitled feature explicitly states otherwise.
3. Accounts and security
You are responsible for credentials, workspace memberships, and API keys issued to your organization. Notify us promptly of unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that threaten platform integrity or violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, tenancy, or entitlement controls.
- Do not upload malware or attempt to disrupt service availability.
- Do not misrepresent broker data or redistribute another party’s proprietary feeds.
- Comply with applicable trading, data-protection, and export regulations.
5. Data and provenance
Analytics are derived from events and account state you connect or import. HyperTrade does not guarantee completeness of broker feeds. Where data is missing or insufficient, the product may display an explicit gap rather than an estimate.
6. Plans and entitlements
Feature limits (including accounts, API keys, and workspaces) follow your active plan. We may change plan catalogs with notice; material reductions for paid seats will be communicated in advance where practicable.

HyperTrade is not investment advice, a broker, or a substitute for professional counsel. Trading involves risk of loss. The service is provided “as is” to the fullest extent permitted by law.
