1. Scope
This Policy describes processing for HyperTrade Intelligence accounts, workspaces, and connected trading analytics. It applies to personal data we control when you use the product.
2. Data we process
- Account identity: name, email, authentication and session metadata.
- Workspace membership: roles, invitations, and permission assignments.
- Trading analytics: account identifiers, snapshots, trades, and derived metrics you connect via agents or imports.
- Product telemetry: request IDs, error diagnostics, and feature usage needed to operate the service.
3. Purposes
We process data to authenticate users, enforce entitlements, deliver analytics, communicate security notices, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Data may be shared with subprocessors that host infrastructure or deliver email, under contractual confidentiality. Workspace owners control membership visibility within their tenant. We disclose information when required by law or to protect the service.
5. Retention
Account and ledger data are retained while the organization remains active and for a limited period afterward for backup, dispute, and legal obligations. You may request deletion subject to workspace ownership and statutory holds.
6. Security
We use rotating sessions, CSRF protections on mutating requests, workspace-scoped authorization, and encrypted secrets for sensitive credentials. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents promptly.
7. Your choices
Access and update profile details in settings. Contact workspace owners to leave a tenant. Marketing emails (if any) include unsubscribe. For privacy requests: [email protected] (placeholder).
8. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, in-product notice.
